This green smoothie recipe is packed with flavor and lots of anti-inflammatory ingredients, including our CBD Unflavored oil drops (available on our website in 1oz and 4oz bottles) and Omega-3 fatty acids from the chia and flax seeds. Enjoy for breakfast or as a mid-day snack. We recommend using fresh, organic ingredients whenever possible.
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon flax seed
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1-2 full dropper(s) CBD Unflavored oil drops
Place all ingredients in a blender or NutriBullet and blend for 1 minute until very smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
