The combination of dark chocolate, peanut butter and cinnamon (from our CBD oil) makes for a decadent dessert, but that is still Keto-friendly. Plus the easy, no-bake instructions makes this a quick solution when you're craving something sweet and looking for a new alternative to get your CBD intake. This recipe yields 12 servings, with each serving containing about 12mg of CBD.
1 cup 100% cacao dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1/2 oz. CBD oil drops
Using a small saucepan over low heat, slowly melt the cacao dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Place in the freezer for 4 hours until firm. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing into 12 pieces. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
