Nourishing Cacao Banana Brownies

Can you give me a Yumm,...one more time? Yummmmmmmm! Yep, these magical squares taste like you are cheating on your New Year's resolution to eat healthier, but wait, they are healthier?!  Evoking the nostalgic decadence of a gooey, sweet chocolatey brownie, these deliver that "wow" factor but with healthy fiber and a low glycemic index that keeps your energy on an even keel, and your body happy as can be.  Chocolate makes my world go round! 

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar 
  • 2/3 cup nourishing cacao
  • 1 cup watermelon seed flour or flour of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1/3 cup avocado or olive oil 
  • Handfuls of chocolate chips or add ins
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. 
Bake 40 min or until toothpick comes out clear.
